I'm an aging hippy and inveterate nerd. I've been on the 'net since about 1974, back when you could dial into the backbone routers and use the guest account. Things have changed a bit since then. I've been a software, network and usability engineer, a systems and network architect, a technical operations manager, a game designer, a student and teacher, husband and father, science fiction, TV, and comic book fan. I study history, technology, genealogy, etymology and Tai Chi.
